As our very first summer offering, MW has found the Victorian Classic; My Secret Life by 'Walter'- The Sex Diary
of a Victorian Gentleman. And until the first of October the first five chapters of that fifty chaptered classic
will be found here, for your reading pleasure.
There's quite a bit of discussion as to who 'Walter' might have been. And even though there has been a book written
about a certain Henry Spencer Ashbee, there is still little to go by. Published in
11 volumes, between 1888-1894 by the Belgian-born bookseller/publisher Auguste Brancart.
It was also banned and considered obscene and pornographic for the next hundred years
